yangdx 94ae13a037 Refactor workspace handling to use default workspace and namespace locks 
- Remove DB-specific workspace configs
- Add default workspace auto-setting
- Replace global locks with namespace locks
- Simplify pipeline status management
- Remove redundant graph DB locking
