e49e641643 test: Add comprehensive test suite for RAG evaluation 
- Add 24 standalone tests (all passing)
- Add 60+ integration tests for CI/CD
- Verify metrics calculations (precision, recall, F1, MRR, hit rate)
- Test all service methods with mocking
- Fix syntax error in test file
