to eliminate repetition. Changes:
- 'using these exact IDs (0 through {N-1}). Do not skip IDs or use IDs outside this range'
- 'with IDs 0 through {N-1}. Do not skip or add IDs'
Saves ~15 tokens per deduplication call.
