In several places, our exception handling discards valuable debugging
context - either by losing the original stack trace or omitting metadata
from the underlying error. This makes diagnosing root causes
significantly harder.
This PR updates exception throwing to use [`raise ...
from`](https://docs.python.org/3/reference/simple_stmts.html#raise),
which:
1. The original stack trace is always preserved, even when wrapping
exceptions
2. Custom exceptions explicitly reference their underlying cause, making
error chains clearer

-Changed spawning logic + adds incremental loading to
run_tasks_diistributed
-Adds batching to consumer nodes
-Fixes consumer stopping criteria by adding stop signal + handling
-Changed edge embedding solution to avoid huge network load in a case of
a multicontainer environment

This commit introduces the preview functionality for the command. The preview displays a summary of what will be deleted before asking for user confirmation.
The feature is fully functional for the following flags:
- / : Correctly counts the number of data entries within the specified dataset.
- : Correctly counts the total number of datasets, data entries, and users in the system.
The logic for the flag is a work in progress. The current implementation uses a placeholder and needs a method to query a user directly by their ID to be completed.

Until now, limit=0 in vector search meant that there is no limit and we
should return everything. This caused confusion and errors, so now it is
reworked so that limit=None means no limit on the search. If someone
puts limit=0, there will be no results returned, as it makes more sense
and is less error prone.

I Implemented Lexical Chunk Retriever In the LexicalRetriever class is
Inherite the BaseRetriever and The DocumentChunk are lazy loaded when
first time query is made because it save time during object
initialization
and the function get_context and the get_completion are Implemented same
as the ChunksRetriever the only diffrence is that the DocumentChunk are
converted to match the output type of the ChunksRetriever using function
get_own_properties in the utils.

Update default tutorial:
1. Use tutorial from [notebook_tutorial
branch](https://github.com/topoteretes/cognee/blob/notebook_tutorial/notebooks/tutorial.ipynb),
specifically - it's .zip version with all necessary data files
2. Use Jupyter Notebook `Notebook` abstractions to read, and map `ipynb`
into our Notebook model
3. Dynamically update starter notebook code blocks that reference
starter data files, and swap them with local paths to downloaded copies
