## Actions
- Reviewed `lightrag/kg/vector_tenant_support.py` and `graph_tenant_support.py`.
- Updated `docs/action_plan/01-audit-report.md` to include Vector DBs (Qdrant, Milvus, FAISS, Nano) and other Graph DBs (Memgraph, NetworkX).
- Updated `docs/action_plan/02-implementation-plan.md` to include specific phases for Graph Session Wrappers and Vector DB Repositories.

## Decisions
- Added Phase 4 for Graph Session Wrappers (Neo4j, Memgraph).
- Added Phase 5 for Vector DB Strict Scoping (Qdrant, Milvus, FAISS, Nano).
- Renumbered subsequent phases.

## Next Steps
- Proceed with Phase 1 of the implementation plan.

## Lessons/Insights
- Comprehensive multi-tenancy requires addressing every storage backend individually, as each has unique isolation mechanisms (RLS vs. Metadata vs. Key Prefixing).
