## Summary

Completed implementation of OpenAI model support and database reset functionality for the E2E test runner.

## Actions

- Added `--openai` flag to use OpenAI models (gpt-4o-mini + text-embedding-3-small with 1536 dimensions)
- Added `--reset-db` flag to reset database/storage before running tests
- Updated script version to 2.1.0
- Added `reset_postgres_database()` function to truncate LightRAG tables via psql
- Added `reset_file_storage()` function to clean rag_storage directory
- Updated help text with new options and examples
- Updated interactive mode to toggle OpenAI/reset options
- Updated dry-run display to show new configuration options
- Updated README.md with comprehensive documentation for new features

## Decisions

- OpenAI models: `gpt-4o-mini` (LLM), `text-embedding-3-small` (embedding, 1536 dim)
- OpenAI uses default `OPENAI_API_KEY` environment variable
- Reset cleans PostgreSQL tables OR file storage depending on selected backend
- Both flags work independently and can be combined

## Next Steps

- Run actual e2e tests with `--openai` flag to verify model integration
- Test `--reset-db` with PostgreSQL backend to verify table truncation
- Consider adding `--reset-db` per-test option for finer control

## Lessons/Insights

- Verified OpenAI model names via pricing page fetch (gpt-4o-mini is correct, not gpt-5-nano)
- Embedding dimension 1536 is correct for text-embedding-3-small
- Script dry-run mode is excellent for verifying configuration without side effects
