- Added non-destructive Makefile target `seed-demo-tenants` which runs `python3 scripts/init_demo_tenants.py` to seed demo tenants via the API.
- Updated help text in root Makefile to surface the new command.
- Tested dry-run `make -n seed-demo-tenants` to confirm behavior and committed/pushed the change.
