f289cf6225 Optimize JSON write with fast/slow path to reduce memory usage 
- Fast path for clean data (no sanitization)
- Slow path sanitizes during encoding
- Reload shared memory after sanitization
- Custom encoder avoids deep copies
- Comprehensive test coverage
